By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided. Any additional items you have ordered may be collected at the camp upon presentation of the receipt.
Sahanlahti Resort Requires information on who is staying in the cabins. You will need to provide your full name when making the reservation and if you can, also the names of other people staying with you. You can change / update these names until 3 weeks before the camp by sending an email to: camp2026@persec.fi.
If you don't yet know who will be staying with you, you can leave the field blank for now. We will contact you closer to the camp to verify the names.
The information you provide will be shared with Sahanlahti Resort.
Buying a Camp Pass reserves a cabin / camping ground at the campsite in your name. The cabin includes camp access for as many friends as the listed capacity in our webshop allows. You are free to choose who stays with you, or you can reserve the entire cabin just for yourself if you so prefer.
Accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed with Sahanlahti Resort (Elsanranta Saimaa Villas from 4:00 p.m.). The accommodation must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Breakfast is included in camp pass if you are staying in the cabins.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are in a RV or a tent, you can purchase a breakfast voucher. Breakfast is not included.
If you want to cancel your reservation, contact us at: camp2026@persec.fi Cancellation is free of charge up to 50 days before the camp (until 21st of June 2026) For cancellations made later than this, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
