Learn to dance more swing dances! Balboa (and Bal-swing) is another swing dance that can be danced blazingly fast or nice and slow. Famed for its close-hold position and small, intricate footwork, balboa is the favorite dance of your teachers, Sanna, Adam, and Tiina. This class is designed to be accessible for beginners, but will also be fun and useful for dancers of all levels. No experience necessary. No partner necessary. Partner rotation is expected. The original swing dance, lindy hop was born in Harlem, New York in the late 1920s. This dance is fun and energetic and is a great starting place for new dancers. Buy both Beginner Lindy Hop courses together and you'll be dancing with us from 16 January through to 01 May. No experience necessary. No partner necessary. Partner rotation is expected.
