Terms & conditions for Fem Studio

By purchasing our Makeup Workshop, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop date.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days (but more than 03 days) before the scheduled workshop day will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 03 days before the scheduled workshop date.

2. Workshop Rescheduling:

  • Participants may request to reschedule their workshop date without incurring any additional fees, subject to availability.
  • Requests for rescheduling must be submitted at least 03 days before the original workshop date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 03 days of the workshop.
  • Participants who fail to attend the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule:

  • In your request, please write the title “Refund” or “Reschedule” and provide your full name and workshop date.

5. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 07 business days from the date of approval.

6. Workshop Cancellation:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

7. Transferring Registration:

  • Participants may transfer their registration to another individual with approval from Fem Studio. Please contact us via email: femstudio.contact@gmail.com to facilitate the transfer.

8. Policy Updates:

  • Fem Studio reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
