TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES

By buying a ticket, you accept the following terms and conditions of sale.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

No tickets can be reserved without payment, and no payments for reservations will be taken on the door. All tickets must be ordered and paid for in advance through our Holvi online store.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you cancel in writing to zach@finnbritplayers.com 24 hours or more before the start of the performance, we will refund you in full. In the event of illness relating to Covid-19, you may cancel in writing up to three hours before the show and still receive a refund.

Otherwise, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the performance, a refund may be issued at our discretion, especially if we were able to resell your seat to someone else. Refunds will not be issued to anyone who is late, is refused admission due to health regulations, or fails to show up at the theatre without informing us in good time.

LATECOMERS

If you have not registered at the front desk by the advertised start time of the performance, we reserve the right to resell your seat to someone on the waiting list. If you arrive after the show has begun, we also reserve the right to refuse you admittance to the auditorium, as the stage setup generally means that you will be unable to reach your seats without walking across the stage. Latecomers will not be eligible for refunds.

HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS

If you refuse to comply with the theatre's health and safety regulations, we reserve the right to refuse you admittance to the auditorium. We also reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears to be suffering from a respiratory illness. No conversation will be entered into at the door.

DISCOUNTS

If tickets have been bought using a discount that does not apply to the customer, or if a discount has been misused or abused in any way, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the discount price and the full price at the door.

INCORRECT OR THROWAWAY EMAIL ADDRESSES

If a customer does not receive their tickets or other important information because they have booked using an incorrect email address, a throwaway email address, or an email address they never check, the Finn-Brit Players is under no obligation to provide refunds or compensation for missed shows or any other issues arising from this.
