In this session we give you the tools to come back to your inner knowing - your true self -, to access and clarify the next steps on your healing journey with whatever it is you're currently dealing with. 🔥

Topics may include, but are not limited to:

• challenges in relationships, self-esteem or sexuality,

• lack of self-love, desire for deeper body connection and/or intimacy,

• struggling with your financial situation, facing a big life / career choice,

• tapping into your creativity, connecting you back to your purpose and vision,

• fear of communicating about needs & boundaries and taking ownership of your life, or

• finding courage to deal with a challenging situation and/or relationship in your life.

• Coaching is a partnership / an alliance between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential and step into deeper self-awareness and self-leadership.

• The Coach is responsible for the technical delivery and spaceholding of the coaching process and the individual coaching sessions. The Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)”.

• The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her/their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her/their coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed.

• Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his/her/their life, including but not limited to work, finances, health, relationships, spirituality and connection to self. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

• This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent.

• In no event shall the parties be liable to each other for any indirect, consequential or special damages unless in a case of a wrongful intentional or grossly negligent act.
