Info in English below Finnish IMMERSIIVISEN TEATTERIN JATKOKURSSI Jatkokurssi syventää immersiivisten esitysten ja peliesitysten teoriaa ja etenkin käytäntöä. Se opettaa erilaisia keinoja kutsua yleisö osaksi esitystä, suostumuksen neuvottelun konkreettisia mekanismeja sekä avaa tarkemmin käytetyimpiä pelirakenteita immersiivisissä esityksissä. Erityistä huomiota kurssilla kiinnitetään siihen kuinka avata reittejä yleisön moniaistiselle osallistumiselle. Kurssilla käsitellään myös immersiivisten esitysten rahoitusta niin Suomessa kuin kansainvälisesti. Kurssille on muodostettu tarkka sisältö ja suunnitelma, mutta sen keskeinen tavoite on auttaa mukaan tulevia taiteilijoita juuri heille keskeisissä kysymyksissä suhteessa immersiivisiin esityksiin. Jatkokurssi keskittyy immersiivisten esitysten ja peliesitysten suunnitteluun ja toteuttamiseen. Se on tarkoitettu jatko-osaksi Immersiivisen teatterin työpajan tai vastaavan koulutuksen jo suorittaneille. KEILLE Kurssi on suunnattu erityisesti esittävän taiteen ammattilaisille ja opiskelijoille. Voit osallistua sille myös kuulumatta näihin ryhmiin jos olet käynyt immersiivisen teatterin perusteet jossain muualla. Hänellä on näyttelijän, tanssijan ja antropologin koulutukset. Hän on tuottanut, ohjannut ja esiintynyt yli 20 vuoden ajan sekä instituutioissa että vapaalla kentällä Suomessa ja kansainvälisesti. Haapa viimeistelee parhaillaan taiteellista väitöskirjaa Taideyliopiston Teatterikorkeakouluun aiheenaan suostumus immersiivisissä esityksissä ja peliesityksissä. Hän on opettanut immersiivistä teatteria mm. Teatterikorkeakoulussa ja Aalto-yliopistossa. Hän on Kaiken keskuksen taiteellinen johtaja. www.kaikenkesk.us IMMERSIVE THEATRE ADVANCED COURSE The advanced course deepens both the theory and especially the practice of immersive performances and game performances. It teaches different ways of inviting the audience into a performance, concrete mechanisms of negotiating consent, and offers a closer look at the most commonly used game structures in immersive performances. Particular attention is given to how to open pathways for multisensory participation by the audience. The course also addresses funding for immersive performance, both in Finland and internationally. The course has a specific content and plan, but its central aim is to support the participating artists in the questions that are most essential to them in relation to immersive performance. The workshop focuses on design and realization of immersive performances and game performances. It's meant as an advanced course for those who have already completed the Immersive Theatre Workshop or a similar training elsewhere. FOR WHOM The workshop is meant especially for professionals and students of performing arts. If you are not part of these groups, it's still possible to attend if you have completed basics of immersive theatre somewhere else. They hold degrees in acting, dance, and anthropology. They have produced, directed, and performed for over 20 years, both within institutions and on the independent scene in Finland and internationally. Haapa is currently completing an artistic doctoral research at the Theatre Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki, focusing on consent in immersive performances and game performances.
