Written, recorded or otherwise saved material, such as pdf-files, images, videos or voice files created by the Seller are meant for the Purchaser's personal use only and may not be distributed nor shared to others in any form, for personal nor commercial use, and they are intended for the Purchaser's use only.

Coaching tools and templates do not replace coaching-sessions but provide a structure for self-reflection. Should you be unsure whether you need coaching, therapy or an external consult to help you, please consult the relevant expert to get the right support.

Event details are described in the event description in the Store. Event registrations and the registration fees are not refundable, however, you may transfer your purchased registration at the event to another person. In that case, please inform anne@liljestrand.fi of the transfer before the start date and time of the event you have registered to. When completing your registration and paying for your registration to an event, please answer the stated obligatory questions truthfully. If these obligatory questions such as name, special diets (for safe catering purposes) or email are not answered truthfully, the Seller will not guarantee the success of your registration and may not grant you access to the event.

Online or live coaching sessions, courses or classes, all referred to as "the Service" are conducted at the venue or platform specified in the description of the Service. The participant's name must be specified at the time of the purchase as requested by the Seller. This is to ensure that a misplaced receipt or gift voucher is not misused by another person to whom the Service was not intended for.

A coaching gift voucher is not refundable and the person's name receiving the gift voucher must be specified at the time of the purchase. The coaching gift voucher can be used for payment for coaching services by the Seller for the amount of time specified in the gift voucher. Individual coaching services may be conducted online through a digital platform or live, the venue will be separately agreed upon with the receiver of the gift card whom will participate in the coaching Service.
