This day is for you: you will get to focus on what matters to you, and you will have the support of a true well-being master and a success coach, for the whole day.

FAQ 1: Do I work alone or in groups at the Bootcamp? Answer: Introductions to the themes and body-exercises are done in group. Reflections are either individually or in pairs, depending on your favourite way of working - you may like to think for themselves in quiet (for once), or you may like to talk. We accomodate both!
FAQ2: What is the language of the Bootcamp? Answer: The main language is English and we warmly welcome you to work on your 5 Steps in your preferred language. We gladly facilitate multilingual sessions and we are language-aware.
