All items that we sell are gift cards. If you buy Gift Card it is valid for 12 months. The Gift Cards may not be returned.

If you buy a reservation for private hour, the prepayment will be used to pay your bill. If you have booked a Private Hour organised on a certain date and have to cancel your participation, please contact us 48 hours before the event date and we’ll credit you with a same value Chihuahua Julep gift card that is valid for more time. If you make no show, there is no refund. Our bar is a mobile phone, smart device and photo free area also during the Private hours. Age limit is 18 and pets are not allowed.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time when considered necessary.
