Join us for a special evening of deep rest, healing touch, and embodied connection. In this immersive workshop, we combine the long-held postures of Yin Yoga with the supportive hands-on presence of Thai Yoga Massage. As you soften into stillness, you’ll be gently guided deeper into release and relaxation.
But this evening isn’t just about receiving—We’ll also explore a few simple, grounding massage techniques you can offer to another person. These practices invite us into the art of holding space, creating safety, and offering care through touch.
Whether you’re new to yoga or bodywork, or simply looking to slow down and connect deeply, this is a chance to nourish your nervous system and your capacity to be present—with yourself and others.
You’ll experience:
Receiving elements of traditional Thai Yoga Massage by Tereza & Jo, during the Yin Yoga practice
Grounding partnered massage techniques on comfortable futon mattresses
A safe space to slow down, feel held & rest
A nurturing space to join other like minded people and share moments of connection
Perfect for:
Anyone seeking deep rest and nervous system regulation
Those curious about embodied touch and care
Experienced yogis who want more out of their asana practice
New to yoga or massage. No experience needed—come as you are!
