This is a 2-hour workshop for two people to slow down, move, connect and explore the language of touch.
Come with someone care about, a partner, friend, sibling, or anyone you’d enjoy sharing this experience with.
This workshop combines gentle Yin yoga, shared support and simple Thai Yoga Bodywork.
We’ll begin with gentle Yin yoga, using each other’s bodies as support. You’ll explore a series of accessible poses together, finding comfortable ways to lean and hold, to both give and receive support.
From movement, we’ll transition into touch. You’ll learn a few simple Thai Yoga Bodywork inspired techniques. and take turns giving each other a short treatment, with everything guided step by step.
The focus isn’t on doing the poses perfectly or learning to give a professional massage. It’s about slowing down, paying attention and discovering how movement and touch can create a sense of ease and connection.
We’ll finish with time to rest, have some tea, share the experience and ask questions.
