This gift card gives you access to a 60-minute therapeutic bodywork session designed to release stress and restore balance in your body, offered by Bodywork with Tereza

What is this bodywork session:

Bodywork in the tradition of Thai Yoga Massage and Osteothai. Using compression, gentle stretching, and mobility engaging manual techniques we work to release muscle tightness, release connective tissue and joint stiffness, and support full body relaxation. It is completely customized to best address your current needs. 


What can you expect:

You’ll remain fully clothed throughout, allowing the work to unfold without the self-consciousness that sometimes arises in traditional massage settings. Each session is a collaborative process: I listen closely to your body’s needs and tailor the session to what feels safe and supportive on that day—whether that’s relief from pain, emotional grounding, or simply rest.


How to prepare for a session:

Wear comfortable clothing

The work is done while you are fully clothed on a futon. Choose soft, stretchy clothes without buttons or zippers, that allows you to move freely—leggings, soft pants, sports bra, short or long sleeve t-shirt, and clean socks.

No food & light hydration

Please avoid eating for at least 90–120 minutes before your session and try to drink as little water as possible during this time frame. A full stomach with food or fluids can make the work uncomfortable for you.

Arrive on time (but not too early)

There’s no waiting room, so arriving right on time is perfect. I’ll open the space and greet you when everything is ready.

I’ll ask a few check-in questions

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance, but at the start of your session, I’ll ask how your day has been, where you’re feeling tension or discomfort, a bit about your current mental or emotional state, and if there’s any medical history I should be aware of—whatever feels relevant and comfortable to share, so I can best support you.
