Product description

You’re invited to a deeply relaxing yin yoga afternoon of grounding your nervous system and soothing your senses.

In this unique session, you’ll be guided through long holding yin postures, while two experienced bodyworkers offer hands-on support. Expect gentle massage techniques, calming pressure, and intuitive touch—all while being immersed in a sensory space of sound, scent, and visualization.

This is not a yoga class. It’s not a massage workshop. This is time for you to fully receive. To drop into deep rest. To soften into your inner space.

The afternoon that is imagined to work with all the senses—through atmospheric soundscapes, calming scents and breath guidance, visual meditation, and grounding touch.

Come as you are. Stay as you are. Leave a little more at ease.
