Tatuointiajan varauksen yhteydessä pitää maksaa varausmaksu. Varausmaksu hyvitetään tatuoinnin lopullisesta hinnasta. Varausmaksu pitää maksaa viimeistään kaksi viikkoa (14 päivää) ennen tatuointiaikaa. Tatuointiaika perutaan jos varausmaksua ei ole maksettu ajoissa. Jos tatuointiprojekti kestää useamman kerran, hyvitetään varausmaksu projektin viimeiseltä kerralta. 

Esimerkiksi: Jos tatuoinnin lopullinen hinta on 180€ ja olet maksanut ennen aikaa varausmaksun 80€, pitää sinun paikan päällä studiolla maksaa tatuoimisen jälkeen loput 100€. Apila alkaa suunnittelemaan custom kuvia vasta kuin varausmaksu on maksettu. Varausmaksua ei palauteta, jos asiakas peruu tatuointiajan alle 14 päivää ennen varattua tatuointiaikaa tai jos Apila on piirtänyt tatuontimallin jo valmiiksi.

Asiakas voi siirtää tatuointiaikaa maksimissaan kolme (3) kertaa, ilman että asiakkaan tarvitsee maksaa uutta varausmaksua. Jos asiakas siirtää aikaa yli kolme kertaa, pitää maksaa uusi varausmaksu. Varausmaksu palautetaan, jos Apila peruu tatuoinnin toteuttamisen.

To book a tattoo appointment with Apila you need to pay a deposit before your tattoo appointment. The deposit is reduced from the final price of the tattoo. The booking fee needs to be paid at least two weeks (14 days) before the tattoo appointment.  The booking fee is reduced from the final session if the tattoo project takes longer than one session.

For example: The final price of the tattoo is 180€ and you have paid the deposit of 80€ before the appointment. You need to pay the rest 100€ during the appointment at the studio.  

The appointment will be canceled if the client has not paid the deposit two weeks before the appointment. Apila will start designing custom tattoos only after the booking free has been paid. The booking fee will not be returned if the client cancels the appointment 14 or less days before the tattoo appointment or if Apila has already designed the custom tattoo for the client. 

The client can reschedule the appointment up to 3 times and does not need to repay the booking fee. If the client wants to reschedule the appointment more than 3 times, they need to pay another booking fee. The booking fee will be returned if Apila cancels to create the tattoo.
