Nämä käyttöehdot koskevat koko Anna Kesäniemen (Y-tunnus: 2590304-6, jäljempänä “Verkkokauppa”) verkkosivuilla tehtyä sisältöä ja tilauksia, jota ylläpitää Anna Kesäniemi / Kepardi Company. Lue nämä ehdot huolellisesti ennen tilauksen tekemistä. Tilauksen tekeminen osoittaa, että hyväksyt ehdot.

Verkkokaupassa myydään taideteoksia Suomeen ja kansainvälisesti. Tilaamalla asiakas hyväksyy nämä ehdot.
Myytävät tuotteet ovat taideteoksia. Jokainen teos on yksilöllinen, ja pienet erot kuviin verrattuna ovat mahdollisia (esim. värit näytöllä). Hinnat ilmoitetaan euroina (€) ja sisältävät arvonlisäveron (mikäli sovellettavissa). Verkkokauppa pidättää oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin. Mahdolliset tullit ja maahantuontimaksut EU:n ulkopuolelle toimitettaessa ovat asiakkaan vastuulla.
Tilaus syntyy, kun asiakas vahvistaa tilauksen ja maksaa sen verkkokaupan maksupalvelun kautta. Asiakas saa tilausvahvistuksen sähköpostitse. Verkkokauppa pidättää oikeuden perua tilauksen esimerkiksi virheellisen hintatiedon tai saatavuusongelman vuoksi.
Tilaukset toimitetaan osoitteeseen, jonka asiakas on ilmoittanut tilauksen yhteydessä. Tilaukset postitetaan noin viikon sisällä ostohetkestä. Voit myös noutaa teoksen työhuoneelta (Fredrikinkatu 16, 00120 Helsinki) erikseen sovittaessa. Verkkokauppa ei vastaa viivästyksistä, jotka johtuvat kuljetusyrityksestä, tullikäsittelystä tai ylivoimaisesta esteestä.
Jos haluat palauttaa teoksen, sinun tulee ilmoittaa palautuksesta neljäntoista (14) päivän kuluessa teoksen vastaanottamisesta sähköpostitse osoitteeseen: anna.kesaniemi@gmail.com. Asiakas vastaa palautuskustannuksista, ellei muuta ole sovittu. Tuotteen tulee olla vahingoittumaton ja huolellisesti pakattu.
Peruutusoikeus ei koske tilaustöitä tai asiakkaan toiveiden mukaan valmistettuja teoksia.
Maksu palautetaan 14 päivän kuluessa siitä, kun palautettu tuote on vastaanotettu.
Mikäli tuote on vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, muutoin vioittunut tai olet saanut väärän tuotteen, asiakkaan tulee ottaa yhteyttä viipymättä (viimeistään 4 päivän kuluessa) osoitteeseen anna.kesaniemi@gmail.com ja liittää mukaan kuvat vauriosta/teoksesta.
Verkkokaupan kokonaisvastuu rajoittuu tosiasiallisesti maksettuun kauppahintaan.
Kaikki sivuston elementit ja teoksiin liittyvät tekijänoikeudet säilyvät taiteilijalla. Teoksen ostaminen ei siirrä tekijänoikeuksia eikä oikeuta teoksen kaupalliseen kopiointiin tai käyttöön ilman kirjallista lupaa.
Verkkokauppa ei vastaa välillisistä vahingoista. Vastuu rajoittuu enintään tilauksen arvoon, ellei pakottava lainsäädäntö muuta edellytä.
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia, sillä yritys Kepardi Company sijaitsee Suomessa. Kepardi Company, “Verkkokauppa” (Y-tunnus: 2590304-6), noudattaa Kuluttajavalituslautakunnan suosituksia.

The Store sells original artworks in Finland and internationally. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The products sold are original artworks. Each piece is unique. Minor differences between product images and the actual artwork (e.g. colors displayed on screens) may occur. All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The Store reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs. For orders delivered outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
An order becomes binding once the customer confirms and completes payment through the Store’s payment service provider. An order confirmation will be sent by email.
The Store reserves the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The orders will be shipped within a week after the purchase. The artwork can also be picked up from the studio (Fredrikinkatu 16, 00120 Helsinki, Finland) if agreed beforehands. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to: anna.kesaniemi@gmail.com The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. The artwork must be returned undamaged and carefully packaged.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or custom-made artworks created according to the customer’s specifications.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If the artwork is damaged during shipping, or you have received a wrong product, the customer must contact the Store within 4 days of delivery at anna.kesaniemi@gmail.com and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
Store’s liability is limited to the value of the order/artwork.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the artworks remain with the artist. The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
The Store shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the order, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute concerning these conditions is to be settled in accordance with Finnish law, since Kepardi Company is situated in Finland. Kepardi Company (Business ID: 2590304-6) follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
