Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Contact information provided during the ordering process will only be used for delivery purposes or to resolve any issues that may arise unless otherwise specified. By placing an order in the online store, you are assumed to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the current delivery terms.
The payment service provider is the Finnish bank, Holvi, through which payment options include card payments and online bank transfers. Holvi utilizes the latest technology, such as two-factor authentication, TLS/SSL encryption, and Mastercard® Identity Check™ 3D Secure verification. By clicking the Buy button, you accept the general terms and conditions of Elli Maanpää's online store. Holvi's operating license is granted and its operations are regulated by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. In the shopping cart, we provide an estimate of future shipping costs based on the primary delivery method. Shipments can be picked up from the nearest Posti automatic or service point. Additionally, original paintings can always be picked up from our atelier in Helsinki.
Please note that any additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees that may apply to your order are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the price of the product or shipping fee. If you have any questions regarding customs or import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Our most common delivery times to Finland are approximately two weeks from the order date, depending on the chosen delivery method. Please note that delivery times for sculptures may vary and typically range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination. We will inform you immediately of any delays after ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. Please add your phone number so you get a text message when the parcel is arriving.
Artworks have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days to notify us of your desire to return the artwork from the day you received your order. The artwork must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. Unclaimed Package Failure to collect the package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages from which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the costs incurred. Issues If the product is lost or damaged during transportation or does not otherwise meet your order, you must notify us of the error in writing within 14 days by email to ahjotuli.timo@gmail.com. If the package is clearly damaged during transportation, you must immediately file a claim with the service provider. Please also inform us of the matter. Thank you.
