Our gift cards are your gateway to UDUMBARA Studio's unique pottery collections or a memorable experience in our pottery workshops.

Here's how it works:

• Easy Delivery: Receive your gift card code via email. We will send it to you as soon as we notice your purchase. You'll get a downloadable PDF or print file to print the card or send it digitally.

• Simple Redemption: The recipient uses the gift card code to book their workshop. They will need to inform us who gave them the card and when, to verify the purchase. Note: The gift card code is personal, and once used, it cannot be renewed.

• Important Details:

• No cash returns.
• Workshop refund and cancellation policies apply to gift cards.
• The gift card must be used in one go and within 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Workshops are held once a week and fill up quickly, so we recommend registering in advance.
• The workshop cannot be paid for using a gift card after the booking; the code must be applied at the time of booking.

Language and Flexibility:

• Weekly workshops are conducted in English, but we also speak Finnish and Swedish.
• Private workshops and experiences are available in Finnish and Swedish.

If you have an expiring Eedenred, Epassi, or Smartum balance, you can use it to purchase a gift card for UDUMBARA's workshops. Simply complete the payment on the benefit's website, email the receipt to eva.spoof@gmail.com, and mention it's for ceramics workshops. You'll receive a code for the corresponding amount, valid for one year.
