Coping With COVID-19: Prudence; Let us exercise extra caution and use a surgical mask as a precautionary measure on the classes and keep a safe distance from other workshop attendees. On arrival at the studio, wash your hands. Be conscious of what you touch in common areas. Please download the https://koronavilkku.fi/en/ (Koronavilkku is a contact tracing app produced by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) to help you find out whether you may have been exposed to coronavirus). If you are sick with a fever or cough or have been exposed to coronavirus— no matter whether you were officially tested and diagnosed with COVID-19 — do not come to the class. Refunds can only be considered if there is at least 3 days' notice (for any reasons, sickness, etc.). Spaces can be passed on to friends.

A full refund will be given if your workshop is canceled by the Udumbara Studio & Gallery for any reason.

The pottery wheel and ceramics studio, in general, can be a dirty, messy place. No matter what precautions you take, you will end up with clay on your clothes and shoes. Please keep in mind; Like piano playing, it looks easy. It takes a long time and patience to master it, but it is fun!

BRING YOU OWN apron, and please wear casual clothes and shoes you're ok with getting dirty. Wild clay has lots of iron, and it can stain light colors. Long nails can cause accidental gouges in the piece you're working on. If you have long hair, plan on having a way to secure it. Working at the studio with Kultela clay is "slow design," and the big pottery kiln is only fired a few times per season. We will inform you when flowerpots are ready, so remember to be patient.

We will not be responsible for any unclaimed pottery after two months of the date of when they are ready, and you have been informed. Thank You and Welcome to UDUMBARA

Osaamme myös suomea, tervetuloa. Vi talar också svenska, välkommen.
