Taidehallin tilaus-ja toimitusehdot: (Scroll down for text in english)

Yleistä: Verkkokaupan tuotteita myy Helsingin Taidehallin Säätiö (0116518-1). Kaikkien verkkokaupan tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät Suomen arvonlisäveron. Myymme tuotteita vain täysi-ikäisille, toimitamme kaikkialle maailmaan. Pidätämme oikeuden muuttaa hintoja ja toimituskuluja.

Tilaaminen: Tilaaminen tapahtuu verkkokaupan ostoskorin kautta. Jos haluat lisätietoja jostakin tuotteestamme, voit kysyä niitä sähköpostitse osoitteesta kioski@taidehalli.fi.

Tilausvahvistus: Saat automaattisen tilausvahvistuksen antamaasi sähköpostiosoitteeseen heti tehtyäsi tilauksen verkkokaupassamme. Jos jostain syystä et saa tilausvahvistusta, se on merkki siitä, ettei tilauksesi ole onnistunut jonkin järjestelmävirheen vuoksi. Siinä tapauksessa ota heti yhteyttä meihin, niin voimme selvittää asian. Tilausvahvistuksesta löydät tilatut tuotteet, tilauksen hinnan sekä toimituskulut. Tarkistathan, että tiedot ovat oikein tilausvahvistuksessa. Tilaamalla sitoudut voimassa oleviin tilaus- ja toimitusehtoihimme. Tilausvahvistus ei ole merkki käsitellystä tilauksesta. Käsittelemme tilauksesi 7 päivän sisällä ja otamme sinuun heti yhteyttä, jos tilaamasi tuote on loppunut varastossamme. Mikäli jokin tuotteemme on tilapäisesti loppunut, otamme sinuun yhteyttä ja sovimme toimitusajasta tai tarjoamme sinulle vastaavaa tuotetta tilalle. Tällöin sinulla on halutessasi oikeus vielä perua tilauksesi.

Maksutavat: Kaikki verkkokaupassa suoritetut maksut käsittelee Holvi Payment Services Oy. Maksuvälineenä käyvät Paytrailin tarjoamat verkkopankkimaksut sekä MasterCard ja Visa credit/debit -kortit.

Toimitusehdot: Käsittelemme tilauksia ja postitamme tuotteita vain arkisin. Lähetykset kuljettaa valitsemamme kuljetusyhtiö. Toimitusaika riippuu tilauksesi ajankohdasta. Tiedotamme poikkeavista toimitusajoista tai mahdollisista tauoista etusivullamme. Toimituskulut lisätään automaattisesti ostostesi loppusummaan. Helsingin Taidehalin Säätiö ei vastaa mistään tuotteen lähettämiseen liittyvistä lisäkuluista, kuten tullimaksuista tai veroista. Helsingin Taidehallin Säätiö ei ole vastuussa tuotteen katoamisesta tai rikkoontumisesta kuljetuksessa. Autamme mahdollisten kuljetusongelmien reklamoinnissa. Pyrimme lähettämään pakettina, jolloin saat lähetykselle seurantakoodin.

Vaihto- ja palautusehdot: Jos jostain syystä et ole tyytyväinen tilaukseesi, tuotteilla on kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 vrk:n vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Jokainen palautus täytyy ilmoittaa ennen palautusta osoitteeseen kioski@taidehalli.fi, jonka jälkeen annamme sinulle tarkemmat ohjeet palautusta varten.

Liitä viestiisi seuraavat tiedot: asiakasnumero/tilausnumero, nimi, osoite ja puhelinnumero ja kopio tilausvahvistuksesta. Emme vastaanota palautuksia yli 14 vuorokauden kuluttua toimituksesta. Kaikki lähetykseen liittyvät moitteet on ilmoitettava meille sähköpostitse 14 vuorokauden kuluessa.

Kuvaoikeudet: Jos haluat kopioida tai julkaista kuvia tai tietoja sivustoltamme, sinun on pyydettävä siihen lupa meiltä. Meiltä saat tarvittaessa myös korkealaatuiset kuvat tuotteista kaupalliseen käyttöön.

Kunsthalle Helsinki terms of orders and delivery:

General: Products of the online shop are sold by Kunsthalle Helsinki Foundation (0116518-1). Prices of the products in the online shop include Finnish VAT. We only sell products to customers over 18 years of age and we ship our products world wide. We reserve all rights to change prices of the products and costs of shipping.

Ordering: You can order through the shopping basket of the online shop. If you would like to have more information on a product, you can contact us by e-mail: kioski@taidehalli.fi.

Order confirmation: You will recieve an automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided after you have completed your order in the shop. If for some reason you don’t recieve a confirmation, it means that your order has not been successful due to a system error. In that case you can contact us immediately and we will find a solution. From the order confirmation you will find the ordered products, the price of the order and the shipping costs. Please make sure that the information on the confirmation is correct. By ordering you commit to our excisting terms of orders and delivery.

Please note that the order confirmation is not yet a processed order. We will process your order within 7 days and we will contact you immediately if the ordered product is out of our stock. If a product is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and settle a new date of delivery or offer you a replacing product. In this case you have a right to cancel your order.

Methods of payment: All of the payments placed in our online shop are processed by Holvi Payment Services Ltd. Valid payment methods are credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Terms of delivery: We will process and ship orders on working days only. The shipping is made by a shipping company we choose. Delivery time depends on the time the order has been placed. We will inform our customers about exceptional delivery times or possible pauses on our front page.

Delivery costs will be automatically added to the total price of your order. Kunsthalle Helsinki Foundation is not accountable for any added costs related to shipping, for example custom duties or taxes.

Kunsthalle Helsinki Foundation is not accountable for disappearance or damage of the product during shipping. Please contact us to get help solving reclamations. We aim to ship all orders with a tracking code.

Terms of exchanges and returns: If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you have a right for exchanging or returning the product. All returns must be notified to kioski@taidehalli.fi and we will then give you further instructions in how the return can be done. Attach the following information on your message: your customer/order number, name, address, phone number and a copy of the order confirmation you have recieved.

All complaints about the delivery must be informed by e-mail within 14 days. We do not recieve returns after 14 days.

Image rights: If you want to copy or publish images or information from our page, you must ask for a permission from us. We can also provide high quality images of our products for commercial use.
