Talja painaa vain 250 g, mikä tekee siitä erinomaisen matkataljan, joka mahtuu helposti laukkuun kuin laukkuun. Lampaantaljaa käytetään etenkin Kundaliinijoogaperinteessä joogamaton päällä. Se eristää erinomaisesti kylmää ja vetoa maasta. Joogisen perinnetiedon mukaan lampaantalja eristää ja suojelee joogaajan energiaa. Yksi talja riittää istuma-asentoon. Kaksi taljaa riittää vartalolle ja pään alle. Ekologiseksi vaihtoehdoksi suosittelemme perheemme Suomessa kutomia räsymattoja etenkin Kundaliinijoogaan. Matot on lähituotettu uusiomateriaalista kierrättäen, mikä tekee niistä sekä kotimaisen että sielukkaan vaihtoehdon kaukaa tuodulle synteettiselle joogamatolle. Matot yhdistävät merkityksellisesti myös suomalaista kulttuuri- ja käsityöperinnettä intialaiseen joogaperinteeseen.

Hoito-ohjeet: Ammattimainen tasopesu. Säännöllinen tuuletus ja ravistelu ovat suositeltavia. Kostea ilma aktivoi lampaantaljan oman puhdistusprosessin. Ei kestä suoraa kosketusta veden kanssa.

The sheepskin weighs only 250 g, making it an excellent travel sheepskin that easily fits into any bag. Sheepskin is especially used in the Kundalini yoga tradition on top of the yoga mat. It provides excellent insulation against cold and drafts from the ground. According to yogic tradition, sheepskin insulates and protects the yogi's energy. One sheepskin is sufficient for a seated posture. Two sheepskins are sufficient for the body and under the head. As an ecological alternative, we recommend the rag rugs woven by our family in Finland, especially for Kundalini yoga. The mats are locally produced from recycled materials, making them both a domestic and soulful alternative to a synthetic yoga mat imported from afar. The mats also meaningfully connect Finnish cultural and handicraft traditions with the Indian yoga tradition.

Care Instructions: Professional flat wash. Regular airing and shaking are recommended. Humid air activates the sheepskin's own cleaning process. Do not allow direct contact with water.
