3. Coaching Packages: You promise to give Hanna Baumgartner the full information of medical conditions and history as well as medications you are taking. With this information Hanna Baumgartner is able to give suggestions for increasing and supporting your health.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

1. Hanna Baumgartner will keep all client’s information private. She will not share client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law or with the consent of client.
