ENG : This online- coaching is focusing on to heal body shame issues, and empower in your creative, sacred life force. Tools that I use on this are practical, and they are methods that I am using too. We are diving deeper into the unconscious together with drumming journeys, so we can first discover what are the blockages on your way. Then we will start to open them with reflection, movement, breathing and life coaching tools. Come away with me, lets start this year with empowering and intimate journey together! This online- coaching includes two sessions (1,5h per session) via Zoom meeting.

Keskitymme vahvistamaan yhteyttä kehoon ja luomisvoimaan itseensä ilman häpeää ja estoja. Käytän valmennuksessa apuna rumpua jonka avulla johdatan sinut ensin häpeän juurille. Sen jälkeen lähdemme työstämään näiden lukkojen avautumista niin reflektioharjoitusten, kehon liikkeen, hengityksen ja käytännöllisten life coach harjoitusten avulla.
