WHAT IS A SPELL DANCE? Spell Dance opens a gateway to the Nordic magic. We invite you to explore how intuitive movement can awaken energy. How can you cast spells - even without words - through your body? Our intention for this Spell Dance journey is to create a space for sensitivity and connection. Both are essential qualities in spellwork - and also qualities we need more and more in the turbulence of today’s world. So that we can hear what we truly need in each moment, and what our True Nature is calling us toward.

WORKSHOP We explore how spells emerge through the body, supported by the power of the elements. We create a grounded connection with the earth, rise into the subtle energy of air, and gently feel our connection with one another. We draw healing power from the northern lights and flow like water. We let movement arise together, intuitively, guided by a shared intention. The workshop is accompanied by atmospheric music and gentle guidance. We encourage you to follow the guidance with curiosity - while always listening to your own body and your own rhythm. Our spell journey also includes a few spell songs, inspired by the traditions of our ancestors. The spell songs have an easy choreography that you can learn on the spot by following the facilitator. After the workshop, we kindly ask you to share your experience and feedback so that we can make this journey even better for the following dancers.

FACILITATORS Johanna Hurme has background in dance threrapy and somatic movements and she has done Estatic Dance guidances.

Noora Korppi is a spell singer-songwriter and emotional awareness coach, who has hosted spell song circles and retreats.
