3 Month's Remote coaching designed to help your body move and feel better. This coaching options covers it all, both your movement and mobility goals but also your training goals!
What is included in this plan? 1. An initial assessment Before our first meeting, I will send you instructions how to perform and record some assessments over your body that will help me determine the steps we need to take in order to progress towards your goals. This will also allow me to prepare for our first meeting in which we will be laying a starting point and goals for our journey ahead.
3x 60min Remote meetings (1x/ month) Each month, we will meet over Google Meets to assess your progress and go through your exercises for the upcoming month.
Homework You will receive homework on a separate training App, with instructions and videos based on our sessions together. The homework usually includes 2-4 exercises that are to be done daily. (amount always based on the realistic time you have available to commit each day)
Training program to support the movement and mobility goals In this program, you will also receive instructions for your strength and conditioning training that is always designed around both; your mobility and training goals.
The coaching is billed monthly (3 installments in total) with 260€/month
