Regarding credit card payments

This web store is a Finland based service, which limits cancellation options from other countries. There is no possibility of immediate withdrawal of the purchase even when the goods are not yet delivered. Should you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact info@moodmetric.com. The payment can be transferred to your bank account, and your credit card will be debited with the purchase amount.

The delivery time varies between 1-4 weeks, the current estimate is continuously updated at this site. Please verify the delivery time before placing the order.

Warranty and safety

Always follow the instructions and warnings closely. Read all instructions in this user manual carefully before using the product. Do not open the device; there are no serviceable parts inside. The Moodmetric ring and the charger cable: 1 year warranty. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only product damage resulting from normal usage of the product, and does not cover damage due to accidents, cosmetic defects arising from wear and tear, incidental loss, normal deterioration of the battery lifetime or damage due to usage that does not conform to instructions provided in the product user guide. The warranty does not cover normal deterioration of battery performance over time. Note that lack of use might result in the battery draining out and not charging optimally anymore. Make sure that if the ring is unused for more than 4 weeks, it is charged regularly. You may be required to present a proof of purchase when you make a warranty claim.

In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the ring within 2 weeks and have a refund on the product price (not the shipping cost)
