Liiku vauvasi kanssa! Palauttele keskivartaloa ja lantionpohjaa, paranna ryhtiäsi ja nauti mukavasta yhdessäolosta muiden äitien kanssa kannustavassa ja ystävällisessä ilmapiirissä. Nämä tunnit on suunniteltu auttamaan sinua liikkumaan turvallisesti samalla, kun vahvistat sidettä vauvaasi. Kurssi yhdistää pilateksen, lantionpohjan harjoitteet, venyttelyn ja ripauksen tanssia.

ENG: Move with your baby! Restore your core and pelvic floor, improve your posture, and have fun with other mums in a supportive, friendly environment. These classes are designed to help you exercise safely while bonding with your baby. This course combines Pilates, pelvic health techniques, stretching and a touch of dance.

Marian esittely: My name is Maria Beseghi, and I am a certified Mat Pilates instructor (Somatic Studio, Helsinki), Maternity Fitness Coach (Äitiysliikunta-Akademia, Finland), ballet teacher, and former professional ballet dancer. Over the years, I have taught a variety of classes for parents and babies, including Baby and Toddler Dance, MamaCore, Mama Pilates, and Baby-Parent Ballet.

As a mother to a 2-year-old and with my second child on the way, supporting women through the pre- and post-partum journey is so close to my heart. I deeply understand the unique challenges women face during this time and am passionate about empowering them through movement. Motherhood is an incredible experience, and our bodies are capable of amazing things!  We need to honor that and learn how to work with our bodies, not against them. My goal is to provide safe, effective, and enjoyable classes that help women feel strong and confident in their bodies. I am thrilled to bring these courses to MLL and can’t wait to start this journey with you!
