1. First book the time of your session.
2. Pay for your session in advance of the agreed time.
3. You will receive a zoom link for the session via e-mail prior to your session.

Same day cancellations and no shows are non-refundable. Need to reschedule? No problem, but please do so at least 2 days before the agreed appointment.
