FORMAT DESCRIPTION: Everyone cheats. Everyone lies.

This Film Noir format draws inspiration from classic noir films and hard-boiled fiction to create a dirty, rotten world where everyone gets their hands dirty. A world where the rich are above the law and the poor operate below it.

Players will learn how to play out riveting scenes between all types of genre-specific characters including double-crossing detectives, cunning criminals, honest dames, lying broads, and careless thieves. Build your gritty world and then have fun getting dirty in it!

FiiF2018 ENSEMBLE POLICY

• Players may take part in as many ensembles as they choose.
• Players must attend the entirety of the Rehearsal to be able to perform.
• Due to scheduling constraints, Ensemble Rehearsals take place at the same time as some of the FiiF Workshops.
• It is your own responsibility to check which rehearsals and workshops overlap.
• We cannot guarantee a refund for double-booked workshops and ensembles.
• In the event an Ensemble must be cancelled all participants will be offered a space on another ensemble. If this is not possible their Ensemble payment will be fully refunded.
