We gather together to Mush on THURSDAY´s in Agni Way, Lagos.

The Mush cuddle puddle events are a perfect way to regulate your nervoussystem, relax in a non-verbal space with other bodies, and experience safe platonic touch in a structured workshop designed to drop all assumptions and expectations, and dive deeper into being in the space just as you are, surrounded by nurturing healing touch and care. You can join in at your own pace, take a break or surrender to the embrace of the cuddle pile for a longer period of time. We experience resting together and the nurturing and healing power of closeness without expectations and safe platonic touch.

3) Once you have confirmation that there is space for you to join, please pay your ticket before joining the event here on Holvi. The price is on a sliding scale:

FACILITATOR: Mia Renwall is a trauma informed (NARM) tantra teacher and coach from Helsinki, Finland. Her passion is to support her clients to find authentic vocal expression, honest communication and deeper intimacy in their relationships. Mia combines in her Healing Intimacy workshops connecting touch exercises inspired by tantra to authentic communication exercises inspired by different communication modalities in a safe space.
