This is an event where you can have fun and meet new people in a tantric way through deep connection exercises and conscious touch. You can consider this space as something like authentic relating meets speed dating, where you can have short conversations and connection with different people in a safe environment. If you choose to invite someone for an actual first date after this event, that is completely up to you ;)

The workshop is open for all genders, and all sexualities. We create together a safer space of inclusivity, compassion and authenticity. There will be no exercises that are gender binary.

I will facilitate fun, honest exercises so that you can get to know each other’s preferences around what gender / genders you would like to date and what relationship form/forms works best for you (monogamy, polyamory, relationship anarchy) and you can be just as open as you dare to be.

The exercises are designed to show the real you, honestly without masks, so that you can get to know the authentic person in front of you without any pretending.

We will be dancing, practicing authentic relating, sharing, asking for what we want, asking each other curious questions and (with consent of course!) practicing sensual conscious touch.

FACILITATORS: Mia Renwall is a Actress, Singer and a trauma informed (NARM) tantra teacher and coach from Helsinki, Finland. Mia is inspired by authenticity, playfullness and connection. Mia is currently studying to become a Sexual Advisor. Her passion is to support her clients to find authentic vocal expression, honest communication and deeper intimacy in their relationships. Mia combines in her Healing Intimacy workshops connecting touch exercises inspired by tantra to authentic communication exercises inspired by different communication modalities in a safe space.
