Kiasma bus stop is located in Mannerheiminaukio, on the edge of which stands the Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art. From Kiasma, it is a short walk to the railway station, Kamppi bus terminal, Citizens' Square, Sanomatalo, the Parliament and many other central locations in the centre of Helsinki. The stop is one of the most popular departure and arrival points in Helsinki for bus stops.

The Kiasma bus stop has space for three buses, and it is quick to get there by going directly to Mannerheimintie to the north and east or along Pohjoinen-Rautatienkatu to the west.
