Highway to Bliss ~Deepness ~ Workshop + Mantralulupiiri (Eng below) Tässä tapahtumassa matkataan tavallista syvemmälle ääneen, mantroihin ja itseemme! Tervetuloa mukaan Highway to Bliss mantra-tapahtumaan “Deepness”, joka jakautuu kahteen osioon - workshoppiin sekä laulupiiriin. Luvassa on ihanan syvällinen matka syvyyksiin sekä korkeuksiin, jossa ensin workshopissa työskennellään erilaisten meditaativisten ääni-, keho- ja mantraharjoitusten avulla, laskeudutaan itseemme ja avaudutaan lempeästi sille mitä juuri sillä hetkellä eniten kaipaamme. Kohtaamme syvyyden itsessämme. Workshopin jälkeen on luvassa tauko, jolloin syömme yhdessä ihanan ravitsevaa kasviskeittoa ja vietämme hetken aikaa yhdessä workshopin jälkivärähtelyjen siivittelmänä. Mantralaulupiirissä jatkamme matkaa syvyyksistä korkeuksiin ihanien ja koskettavien mantrojen avulla. Welcome to the "Deepness" mantra event, which is divided into two parts – a workshop and a singing circle. Welcome to a profound journey into both the depths and the heights. First, in the workshop, we work with various meditative sound, body, and mantra practices, descending into ourselves and gently opening up to what we most need in that moment. We will encounter the depth within ourselves. After the workshop, we’ll have a break where we’ll enjoy a delicious, nourishing vegetarian soup and spend some time together, carried by the after-vibrations of the workshop. In the mantra singing circle, we will continue our journey from the depths to the heights with the help of beautiful and touching mantras.
