Päästämme myös irti tarpeettomasta menneen taakasta ja pelosta, jotta voimme vastaanottaa juuri sitä mitä tällä hetkellä eniten tarvitsemme ja laskeutua tähän hetkeen luottavaisena, että elämä kannattelee meitä ja antaa meille kaiken tarpeellisen. We also release the unnecessary burdens of the past and fear, so we can receive what we need most in this moment and land into the present moment with trust that life supports us and gives us all that we need.
